- Ability to follow nursing care plans and seek direction as necessary
- Good documentation and record keeping skills
- Willingness to undertake all mandatory and best practice training
- Ability to adhere to policies as set out by the agency for domiciliary care
- Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to learn
- Car drivers needed although those who don’t drive can be paired with car drivers for double calls or do local runs where walking is possible
